Silicone rubber insulators
Silicone rubber insulators, aliased as composite insulators, are used in high-voltage transmission lines.
Advantages of silicone rubber insulators:
Silicone rubber insulators have superior electrical properties and high mechanical strength. The tensile and flexural strength of the epoxy glass pull-out rods carried inside is 2 times higher than that of ordinary steel, and 8 to 10 times that of high-strength porcelain materials, which effectively improves the reliability of safe operation.
Silicone rubber insulators have good anti-pollution performance, good anti-pollution performance, strong anti-pollution flashover, and do not require cleaning, and can operate safely in heavy pollution.
Silicone rubber insulators are small in size and light in weight. The structure is light and easy to transport and install.
The silicone rubber shed has good water-repellent performance, and its overall structure ensures that the inner insulation is not damp, and there is no need for preventive insulation monitoring tests or cleaning, which reduces the workload of daily maintenance.
Silicone rubber insulators have good sealing performance and strong resistance to electrical corrosion. The shed material has a resistance to electric leakage and tracking up to TMA4.5 level, and has good aging resistance, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance.
Silicone rubber insulators have strong impact resistance and shock resistance, are not easy to break, have high bending resistance, high torsional strength, can withstand internal pressure, and have strong explosion-proof force.
