Parallel groove clamps
What is a parallel groove clamp? Parallel Groove Clamps are designed to connect two parallel conductors in order to do a derivation of a secondary conductor or to close a loop of one conductor to fit it on an insulator. These connectors are composed of two parts, an upper body and lower body.

The quality parallel groove clamps is used for the connection of aluminum strands or steel core aluminum strands with small and medium sections and steel strands of overhead lightning wires without tension, as well as for jumper connection of non-linear towers.
Parallel groove clamps is designed to connect two conductors in parallel. This type of connector is manufactured with all contact surface radii specific to conductor sizes to maximize contact surface area and provide a superior installed fit. Can also be used on Transmission OHL connections (jumper connections). Additional sizes are available upon request.
