The composite insulators produced by our company adopt the hardware made of special steel, and the ends of the fittings adopt labyrinth design principle, multi-layer protection and good sealing performance, which solves the most critical problem of insulators-interface electrical breakdown. The connection between the hardware and the mandrel adopts the computer-controlled coaxial constant pressure crimping process, and is equipped with an ultrasonic flaw detection system, which ensures the predictability and stability of the connection between the fittings and the mandrel. The mandrel adopts ERC high-temperature acid-resistant rod, and the mandrel and silicone rubber surface are coated with special coupling agent. The umbrella sleeve adopts the means of one-off molding under high temperature and high pressure, which ensures that the technical indexes of the products meet the relevant domestic and international standards, and becomes a new generation of insulators for high-voltage transmission and transformation lines.

Insulators this series of products are composed of glass fiber epoxy resin mandrel, silicone umbrella and metal accessories. The silicone umbrella adopts high-voltage fully sealed injection technology, which solves the key problem affecting the reliability of composite insulators-interface electrical breakdown. The connection between fiberglass rods and metal fittings adopts the international advanced pressure connection technology, and has a fully automatic acoustic detection system to detect defects. the products have the characteristics of high strength, beautiful appearance, small size and light weight. Galvanized metal fittings also have anti-corrosion properties and can be interchangeable with porcelain insulators, this product structure is reliable, the mandrel is not easy to destroy, and has excellent mechanical strength.

1、The internal load-bearing epoxy glass fiber has superior electrical performance and high mechanical strength, and its bending strength is 2 times higher than that of ordinary steel village and 8-1 times higher than that of high strength party material, which effectively improves the reliability of safe operation. 
2、Its wet withstand voltage and contamination withstand voltage are 2-25 times higher than those of porcelain insulators with the same creeping distance, and it does not need to be cleaned, so it can operate safely in heavily polluted areas. 
3、Small size and light weight (only 16-19 of porcelain insulators of the same voltage grade), lightweight structure, easy to transport and install. 
4、Silicone rubber umbrella skirt has good hydrophobicity, and its overall structure ensures that the internal insulation is not damp. There is no need for preventive insulation monitoring test.There is no need for cleaning, which reduces the workload of daily maintenance. Good sealing performance, strong electrical erosion resistance, umbrella skirt material leakage resistance up to TMA4.5 level, county has good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, suitable for-40C~+50C area. It has strong impact resistance and shock resistance, good brittleness and creep resistance, not easy to break, anti-bending, high torsion strength, can withstand internal pressure, strong explosion-proof force, and can be used interchangeably with porcelain and glass insulators.
